3Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student registration must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status. Please email the signed letter to the conference secretariat at k.russell@elsevier.com.
4Only those who have attended as fully paid delegates to at least one the previous two conferences in this series will be eligible for the Previous Delegate discount rates.
The registration fee includes:
- Access to conference sessions, posters and exhibition area
- Abstract CD and program book
- Drinks reception on Sunday, 21 April 2013
- Mid-session refreshments as scheduled in the conference program
- Boxed lunch on 22, 23 and 24 April 2013
Conference Dinner
The Conference Dinner will take place on the evening of Tuesday, 23 April 2013 in the Harbour City Restaurant complex, overlooking the sea. The evening will include a sea view reception and traditional sit-down banquet with drinks.
This will be a perfect opportunity to meet colleagues in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. Further information can be found on the dinner webpage

Cancellation
Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Conference Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by Friday 22 February 2013, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by Friday 8 March 2013, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after Friday 8 March 2013, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
Please be advised that no photography or video/sound recording or conference presentations or posters is allowed to take place during the conference.
